Overnight accomodations have been arranged for those of you traveling.
Guests are responsible for all charges and cancelling your reservation 24 hours in advance is required.

Friday November 17th and 18th a block of rooms has been set aside for our group at Hampton Inn next door.

Checkin time is 3:00PM for all rooms, and check out is 11:00AM on the following day.

Also please note we will have the fire pit set up outside for classmates to hang out around and talk. There are a few other add on possibilities but we’ll approach that when we get closer based off attendance.
